RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation
Cancellation by SANSA®:
SANSA® reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject or cancel any order that we cannot accept due to various reasons. Some of these reasons include:
– The non-availability of the product for purchase
– Due to errors in price or information of the product detected by our technical department for fraud avoidance
– Any other issue identified by SANSA® for refusing the order
SANSA® also reserves the right to ask for additional information, if required, in some cases. We will send you an email notification if your order is cancelled partially or folly or if it requires any additional information.
Cancellation by customer:
Any order(s) can be placed by you can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the address provided. You can track the status of your order from the tracking option available on www.sansajewellery.com. The refund process for valid cancellations will be initiated to your account through the same mode of payment used for the transaction. When the refund process is initiated, you will receive the amount in your account. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account might vary depending on the process and the terms and conditions of the respective banks. In case of events where the transaction failed and the amount is deducted from your account, we’ll initiate the refund of the same to your account used for the transaction.
Return Policy
At SANSA®, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless return process for our products. Please find the details of our return policy below:
1 The 7-day return policy is applicable only on domestic orders.
2 If you receive a product in a damaged condition or are dissatisfied for any reason, you can initiate a return provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
3 To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at +91 9848030002 or via email at info@sansajewellery.com.
4 Our delivery partner will facilitate the collection of the product from your address within India, and no shipping charges will apply for the return.
Return Process Conditions
Contact SANSA® to confirm your return request and receive further instructions. Ensure the product is returned in its original, unused, and unmodified condition. Include the invoice and any guarantee documents with the returned product. Returns requested after 7 days from the date of receiving the product will not be processed.
Refund Process For Domestic Orders
1 100% refund can be claimed for domestic orders.
2 The refund will be processed once we receive the product and verify its condition.
3 Refunds will be issued via the same mode of payment used for the purchase.
4 For online payments, the refund might take 7 to 15 working days from the receipt of the product at the warehouse of SANSA®.
5 For COD (Cash On Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via cheque or online transfer (NEFT), based on the customer’s preference:
6 If a cancelled cheque is provided, refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days via online transfer.
7 Without a cancelled cheque, refunds will be issued via cheque sent by courier, which may take up to 30 working days for delivery.
Note:
We reserve the right to reject the exchange of jewellery products due to the differential that may arise, as every jewellery piece is of different weight and therefore the price will differ. All our pricing is calculated using the current prices of precious metals and gems to give you the best value. These prices are subject to change from time to time-based on the fluctuations in prices of precious metals and gems, hence the prices for our products are also subject to change. However, if you are cancelling a damaged product, the refund will be made directly into your account or issued by cheque. Please refer to the return policy for more details. The prices on our website are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price for the product as it is listed on the day of purchase.
