Returns & Refund Policy

 

Cancellation

Cancellation by SANSA®:

SANSA® reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject or cancel any order that we cannot accept due to various reasons. Some of these reasons include:
– The non-availability of the product for purchase
– Due to errors in price or information of the product detected by our technical department for fraud avoidance
– Any other issue identified by SANSA® for refusing the order

SANSA® also reserves the right to ask for additional information, if required, in some cases. We will send you an email notification if your order is cancelled partially or folly or if it requires any additional information.

Cancellation by customer:

Any order(s) can be placed by you can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the address provided. You can track the status of your order from the tracking option available on www.sansajewellery.com. The refund process for valid cancellations will be initiated to your account through the same mode of payment used for the transaction. When the refund process is initiated, you will receive the amount in your account. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account might vary depending on the process and the terms and conditions of the respective banks. In case of events where the transaction failed and the amount deducted from your account, we’ll initiate the refund of the same to your account used for the transaction.

Return Policy

With respect to the products on our website, security and customer support, SANSA® is committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, provided a situation where you have any concerns or are not happy with the product, you can opt to return the product(s). In the case of international orders, we do not accept return/exchange of products, unless the product is delivered in a defective state or not delivered. The return of the product must be in the same condition as it was received, in its original packing with the invoice to initiate a refund. The defect in the product shoold be reported within a week (7 days) of the receiving the product through a call on +91 4023359077 or via mail on info@sansajewellery.com. Please find the details of return policy below.

  1. – The 7-day return policy is applicable only on domestic orders
  2. – If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return the product unused, in the same condition as you received, in the original packaging, along with the invoice.
  3. – Our delivery partner will collect the order from your address (within India) to us. You need not pay any shipping charges to return the product.

The returns will be processed under the following conditions.

  1. – Customers who wish to return products shoold contact us on +91 4023359077 or write an email to us on info@sansajewellery.com within 7 days from receiving the product.
  2. – The product shoold be returned only after getting a confirmation email from SANSA® about the return.
  3. – The products must be returned in their original condition they were received, unused and unmodified.
  4. – It’s mandatory to provide the invoice and the guarantee along with the package while returning a product.
  5. – No return request will be considered valid after 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

Without qualifying the above process, returns shall not be processed by SANSA®.

The refund for the product shall be processed only after we receive the product, which shoold be in unused condition in its original packaging with tags and the original invoice, failing which, the refund might not be initiated. After initiating the refund process, the amount will be reflected in your account via the same mode of payment used for the transaction, while placing the order. For online payments, it might take 7 to 15 working days for the money to reflect in your account.

Refund for domestic orders:

  1. – 100% refund can be claimed for domestic orders.
  2. – If the payment for the returned product is made online, the refund might take 7 to 15 working days from the receipt of the product at the warehouse of SANSA®.
  3. – The amount for returned products under COD (Cash On Delivery) shall be refunded through cheque or online transfer as NEFT, depending on the customer’s choice.
    1. -If the customer provides a cancelled cheque with the returned product, the refund can be made within 7 to 15 working days. This amount will be refunded directly into the customer’s account through online transfer as NEFT.
    2. -In case the customer doesn’t provide any cancelled cheque, the amount will be refunded through cheque, which will be sent by courier to the address provided by the customer at the time of registration/placing the order. This coold take up to 30 working days.

Refund for international orders:

Currently, we do not provide any refund for international orders. Nevertheless, SANSA® will refund the amount only if a defective product was delivered and under the following circumstances, at the sole discretion of SANSA®.

  1. – The return of international order will be accepted only if the product was delivered defective, and subsequently provide for the refund further.
  2. – The refund process will be initiated only after inspection and approval from our Quality Assurance team. While refunding for a defective product, we will not be charging you for shipping.

Note:

We reserve the rights to reject the exchange of jewellery products due to the differential that may arise, as every jewellery piece is of different weight and therefore the price will differ. All our pricing is calcolated using the current prices of precious metals and gems in order to give you the best value. These prices are subjected to change from time to time based on the fluctuations in prices of precious metals and gems, hence the prices for our products are also subjected to change. However, if you are cancelling a damaged product, the refund will be made directly into your account or issued by cheque. Please refer to the return policy for more details. The prices on our website are subjected to change without notice. You will be charged the price for the product as it is listed on the day of purchase.
