SANSA® is a designer jewellery brand that showcases the diverse heritage of jewellery designs. Our jewellery is about you. We care about the jewellery you prefer. It is promoted by Chandana Shailendren, who is also the lead designer for SANSA®. Chandana has been designing jewellery for over a decade now and she finds it very satisfying when each client gets what they are looking for.
Where is SANSA® located?
We are located in Hyderabad.
Where is the manufacturing carried out?
Our jewellery is manufactured in Hyderabad, Mumbai and Kolkatta.
Are prices negotiable?
Prices mentioned online are fixed prices.
Are prices fixed?
Prices of jewellery are subject to change without prior notice, based on fluctuations in gems and metal prices.
Is SANSA® jewellery made of 24K gold?
SANSA® jewellery is made of 9K to 14K gold and silver as a base. In kundan designs, we do use 24K gold.
Does SANSA® use only original gemstones?
SANSA® uses natural gemstones such as rubies, emeralds, sapphires. We also use synthetic gemstones in various colours. Wherever, a synthetic stone is used, it is clearly mentioned in the product description. Please read the product description for all details. Should you have further queries on the product, you may reach out to our customer service team.
Is each piece on SANSA® made only once?
Jewellery is made and sold more than once.
If a product indicates sold out on the website, can I still request for it?
Yes, if you express your interest in the product, we will inform you, as soon as it is available next.
Is my jewellery authentic and certified?
A certificate is provided on request, for diamond and gemstone jewellery, for a fee.
Do you offer polishing and repair services?
Our flagship store is located in Hyderabad. If the jewellery is brought to the store in person, polishing and repair services will be provided for a fee.
Is there a delivery fee charged by SANSA® to deliver a product to my home?
Shipping and insurance is extra.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery time is 2-3 weeks.
How safe is my product?
The jewellery is packed effectively and fully insured. We work with established cou-rier services like DTDC and BlueDart.
Does SANSA® deliver internationally?
Currently, we take orders for delivery only in India.
What is your Money Back Policy?
We have a 10 day money back policy, provided the jewellery in original
condition. Once the jewellery is received by SANSA®, it will be checked and
refund will be processed accordingly.Shipping for returns has to be borne by the customer. The shipping cost would be deducted from the shipping fee to be processed.
How do I return the product to SANSA® within 30days?
When the product is packed and ready, please contact our customer service team to coordinate pick up arrangements with our delivery partner.
What is your Exchange & Buy-back Policy?
All products once sold, will not be exchanged or bought back.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. Your order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail you provide while placing your order and an sms will be sent to the registered mobile number.
