Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation and internal verification. An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your request, while final confirmation is issued once payment has been successfully processed and your order has been accepted.
In certain circumstances, including pricing inaccuracies, product unavailability, payment verification concerns or suspected fraudulent activity, SANSA reserves the right to cancel an order prior to dispatch. Should this occur, any amount received will be refunded through the original mode of payment.
All prices displayed on the SANSA website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include the value of the product, making charges and applicable gemstone values where relevant. Taxes, shipping charges and any additional applicable fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
As precious metal prices are influenced by market fluctuations, jewellery prices may change without prior notice until an order is successfully placed. Items added to your shopping bag are not price protected until payment has been completed.
From time to time, SANSA may introduce promotional offers, discount codes, Gift Cards or Store Credit. Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers cannot be combined, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid only for the period stated. SANSA reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time.
Following a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation, payment confirmation and an electronic tax invoice for your records. We recommend retaining your invoice for warranty services, repairs, exchanges and future reference.
For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applicable in the destination country unless otherwise stated by SANSA.
